Refund / Cancellation Policy

Scope
This policy covers:
Subscription-based SaaS products offered by BEQODIA and its product websites; and
One-time digital services (e.g., onboarding, implementation, integrations, IT consulting) delivered remotely.
This corporate website (beqodia.com) provides general policy information. Product-specific terms may apply on the relevant product website. If there is a conflict, the product-specific policy will apply for that product.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the product account settings (where available) or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
You will retain access until the billing period ends, unless otherwise stated on the product site.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
Subscription refunds
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
If you believe you were billed in error (duplicate charge, incorrect plan, etc.), contact support and we will review the issue.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product website or order form.
Where a refund is approved, it may be prorated based on usage and the remaining term.
Free trials (if offered)
If a free trial is offered for a product, trial terms (duration, conversion date, and billing start) are shown at sign-up. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the subscription from starting.
Service fees
Services are delivered digitally and often involve dedicated time and allocated resources.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
If work has not started, you may request cancellation and we may approve a full or partial refund depending on scheduling and administrative costs.
For fixed-scope services, the delivery milestones and acceptance criteria may be defined in a written statement of work (SOW) or order form.
If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, contact support. We will review the case and may offer remedial work, service credits, or a refund at our discretion.
Billing errors and charge disputes
If you notice an unexpected charge:

We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

We may request additional information to verify account ownership.
