Acceptance of Terms: These Terms govern your access to and use of BEQODIA, including our website, evaluation dashboard, APIs, and related services (“Services”).
Service description: BEQODIA LTD provides AI-driven SaaS products and digital services for business operations. Our products and services support workflows such as request classification, routing, automation, monitoring, and reporting. We also provide digital delivery services including onboarding, implementation, integrations, and IT consulting.
Our product portfolio currently includes Evalvista and QvQai. Product-specific features, billing terms, and policies may be provided on the relevant product website and will apply where stated.
Third-party services and integrations: Our products and services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example CRM, helpdesk, messaging, calendar, or payment providers). Third-party availability, security, and functionality are controlled by those providers. BEQODIA is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or discontinued features.
Changes: We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the site or by email.
Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the BEQODIA platform, website, UI, logos, documentation, and underlying software are owned by BEQODIA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (including prompts, test cases, evaluation datasets, and configuration). You grant BEQODIA a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content only to operate and improve the Services.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or run vulnerability scanning against our infrastructure.
Disrupt or overload the Services (including abuse of rate limits).
Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or to generate/automate harmful, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and lawful basis to upload any data you submit, and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive personal data unless strictly required for your evaluation.
Account & subscriptions
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay fees according to the plan you select. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. We may update pricing or plan features, but we’ll provide notice where required.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a serious security risk.
